  • Educational Neuroscience uses parts of the same behavioral science as traditional therapy. But… it is based on ACTION steps as a way to change behavior rather than just talking & listening.

  • Yes. Each brain session is bound by a confidentiality agreement similar to dr./patient or client/lawyer policies.

  • Any time you want to change something… weight, finances, or habits there is going to be work involved. Lasting brain change is not a quick fix. It will require your mental muscle to stay consistent.

  • Each session is approximately one hour long scheduled according to your calendar availability.

  • Yes! Staci is a firm believer that ACTION is the best way to alter brain function. Each session will include specific strategies & steps to help REtrain your brain. As well as, accountability to do it!
